NBC’s Parks & Recreation looks to be making a casting coup with the addition of its newest guest star - comedy icon Carl Reiner.  The Ocean’s Eleven actor will appear on an upcoming episode of the series as a “Godfather”-style leader of a senior center social group whom Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) attempts to win over to her campaign while pursuing Pawnee’s “gray” vote, a nod to the fact that voters over 65 are the ones most likely to participate in local elections. The powerful elder character is scheduled to appear in this season’s 17th episode, when Kathryn Hahn also makes her debut in a recurring arc.
